We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
Photographs of the shipping packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
